Thank you for clarifying. From my perspective at the time, it had already been close to two weeks with no package, no tracking updates, and I genuinely believed my emails were not going through because I received an email error message. With no response and no phone number available, I became concerned and left the review based on that experience.
I do understand now that I selected untracked letter mail shipping and that delays can happen with that method. I have since received my order, so I appreciate you following up and explaining the situation.
I never got your order. It has been two weeks! I have been emailing you to send me a tracking number but still no reply! I have sent about 4 emails about this order. No phone number to call and I got an email saying your email isn’t even going through! I hope this isn’t a scam! I ordered 70 dollars worth of stuff!
Hi Grace. Thank you for your order. I want to clarify a couple of things: 1. Your review was left after only 10 days and not two weeks (14 days); 2. I couldn't find any email from you to the support email, it is being monitored daily. I would've absolutely responded to you and reassured you regarding the authenticity of the store and perfumes. 3. You chose the untracked letter mail shipping for your order, for $4. This service doesn't come with a tracking number, so there are no status updates available and the Shop app won't reflect any movement — even though your package was already on its way to you! Just so you know how this service works: letter mail is processed entirely by hand at every step — sorting, loading onto trucks, and delivery are all done manually. Because there's no automated system, there's no way to see where your package is at any given point. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks from the ship date, and occasionally a little longer. Since it's already been some time since this review, if you've received your order, please kindly update it.
