Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rituel Privé. We aim to prepare and ship your fragrance order with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Decants: All decants are made-to-order to ensure freshness and proper sanitization. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before your order is shipped.

  • Full Bottles: Orders containing only full bottles are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During peak times (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

You’ll see available shipping options and estimated delivery times during checkout.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external events once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at hello@rituelprive.ca. We will do our best to assist, but changes may not be possible if the order has already shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with your building manager, mailroom, or neighbors first.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for more information.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@rituelprive.ca, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will offer either a free replacement of the damaged decant (subject to availability) or store credit, depending on the situation. For full bottles, we'll assess the damage and resolve the issue accordingly.


International Shipping

We offer limited international shipping. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs.

  • Fragrance regulations vary by country — ensure your country allows fragrance imports before ordering.
