Scents are so subjective. The original Bal D’Afrique is my current favourite and as a woman I love it on me. This Absolu version still smells nice, it has the same undertones as the original, though I find it is more masculine overall. I don’t think I will be wearing it often but I am glad I was able to try it in a smaller format from Rituel Privé. The shipping experience was great - fast shipping to Canada and the vial was well wrapped up. I would purchase from here again.
